The staff were super friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel had a clean and comfortable environment. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of food. The location on a hill provided a stunning view across the area. There was a supermarket within walking distance. It's the perfect base for exploring.

The fitness center and 24-hour business center were convenient amenities. The 24-hour front desk and luggage storage made my stay hassle-free. the facilities were well-maintained and the staff was helpful.

The only thing I missed for my work was a stronger Wi-Fi signal in my room. It was not practical to go outside the room to use the internet.

Breakfast was poor. No place for diner in restaurant for hotel guests because of reservations. Only one employee spoke English. At night no English speeking personal at reception.

I chose this hotel for attending a business forum because it provides two meeting rooms that can be used separately or joined together. The fitness center and 24-hour business center were convenient and well-maintained. The staff was attentive and the overall experience was satisfactory.

I would have appreciated if the hotel had offered faster and more reliable internet connection.

The water in taps wasn't cold enough to drink (bring a bottle to the room).

What a great surprise.Big room,nice and useful kichenette ,2 big balconies with nice view like own appartment.Light number and very comfortable extra long doublebed .Clean bathroom and shower.Internet is free. We had welcome discount cards for dinner in Hotels restorant 4euros each.(So day menu instead of 12.50 would be 8.50 euro)If I would know how here is we would plan our trip different ,to be able enjoy it longer.

The hotel had a lovely and charming decor, with cozy furniture and elegant touches that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and accessible, even for seniors like me. The hotel had ramps and elevators, making it easy for me to navigate around without any hassle.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive to the needs of elderly guests. Sometimes it felt like they were busy with other things and didn't prioritize our comfort and convenience.

Besides the excellent price, the room was very clean and comfortable. Also, the hotel also has a small gym with a great view. We were able to use it for a while and it was a pleasant experience.

Spent Christmas here and was pleasantly surprised with the hotel! Location was perfect, near a supermarket and with a beautiful view. The staff was extremely amicable and caring, making our stay even more special. The rooms were always clean and the daily towels replacement was a big plus. The shower was large and comfortable, which is a must-have for me.

The double bed was on the smaller side and it was a bit of a struggle with my child in the middle. the Wi-Fi signal did not reach our room and we had to go outside the room to use it, which was an inconvenience.

Courtesy and efficiency of all staff. The restaurant, really good for quality of food and price. Free parking.

The location is on a hill. Paredes itself is simply not worth the effort of the walk back
